TCD have six quality objectives:

Quality

We measure how well we are doing and if our service matches up to what we have agreed with our customers to ensure high levels of quality. Our homecare pharmacy adopts key performance indicators as set by the NHS. We recruit qualified and or experienced staff who have high levels of customer service because this creates high satisfaction with the end customer, creating better service and reduces costs in the long run through complaints.

Speed

TCD endeavours to deliver consignments within agreed timescales. We also employ drivers who are based within 45 minutes of a depot to allow for faster delivery of service. Having locally trained, DBS checked dedicated drivers allows for a faster reaction to the needs of the customer.

Dependability

TCD aim to provide such dependability that a customer will use our services again and again above the level of any pre-existing agreement. TCD will strive to cover any job, large, small, short or long distance, with large or little notice. We will only ever use our own drivers who are trained, DBS checked and signed off by us to increase our dependability.

Flexibility

TCD will change its procedures and operating policies to meet the needs of the customer. We always employ a tailored SOP guide for every customer and bespoke training for all staff to ensure standardised high-quality levels of service for every job. We will make every effort to understand the nature of your business and expected levels of service before undertaking any new contracts.

Value for Money
TCD keeps its prices as low as possible without compromising on the levels of quality, speed, dependability and flexibility that customers demand.

Improvement
TCD is committed to continuous improvement of its own process, policies and systems and for its own workforce and clients. We seek to develop our workforce through training, reassessment and an appraisals system.
